Document Description
This is a master plan for an 850 acre in the southeast portion of Visalia, just outside the city boundaries. The purpose of the plan is to allow for development with mixed uses and higher densities, in lieu of the previous development approach in the area. The master plan is proposed as an optional development scenario.
