Document Description
This project proposes the construction of an industrial development with 522,772 sf, consisting of on building, on an ~25.96 net acre site. This building will consist of concrete tilt-up structures supported by a conventional slab-on-grade foundation system. Other improvements will consist of screen walls around the trailer loading areas, concrete and asphalt pavement as well as landscaping. The proposed project is intended to provide industrial warehouse and distribution space int eh City of Moreno Valley in accordance with existing land use designations.
