The proposed project is a Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1. A Coastal Development Permit to all the expansion of an existing driving range 2. A Coastal Development Permit to allow the removal of 33 Monterey Pine Trees and grading consisting of removing 1,146 cubic yards of material and replacing 20 cubic yards of material on site. The fill material to be removed from the site will be transported to the Marina Landfill.
