Document Description
The project involves a new patient care wing which includes one level below grade and 4 levels above grade; the addition of a 4th level to an existing 3 story building and the construction of a 6 level parking garage (2 levels below grade, one at grade and 3 above) at the northeast intersection of Janss and Lynn Roads. A change in land use designation to institutional and zoning to PL (Public, Quasi-Public and Institutional Lands and Facilities) is proposed for the parking structure site. The project would add ~232,000 sf to the existing 375,000 sf hospital. The parking structure will consist of 256,000 sf and provide 659 parking spaces.
