Document Description
The proposed project is for the removal of all existing onsite structures, improvements and appurtences at an existing (non-operational) Chevron has station located at 23614 Pacific Coast Highway. Adjacent offsite sidewalks, curbs, driveway approaches and perimeter walls will remain in place. The application also includes a request to remove four existing 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) (three gasoline fuel tanks and one diesel fuel tank). No new development is proposed. The subject property is located between Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu Road, just west of the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu Road. To the north is Legacy Park on the opposite side of Pacific Coast Highway. South of the project site is an undeveloped 3.55 acre parcel along Malibu Road. Properties to the west consist of commercial land use.
