Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 3 and Extension to Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0094-R4, issued to Chevron Environmental Management Company.
The Project includes activities related the remediation and restoration of stream and wetland habitats on Chevron property on Tank Farm Road. The Agreement term is extended through December 31, 2024. Amendment No. 3 adds the area of Oxbow Area 2 to Feature F for the removal of four levee sections, to allow oxbow reengagement with the East Fork of San Luis Obispo Creek.
