Document Description
The project consists of amendments to the Basin Plan to delete parts of the pH objective that limit the change in pH to 0.5 unit and the allowance of averaging periods for pH. The amendments will also limit turbidity to no more than 2 NTUs when the natural turbidity is less than 1 NTU.
