The purpose of this involves the rehabilitation of Millie's at Los Angeles State Historic Park (LASHP) in order to establish a food concession on the site. The concessionaire, Urban Green Cuisine, LLC., will be responsible for interior and exterior structural alterations to the building and surrounding patio area located at the southern end of LASHP adjacent to the maintenance yard.
