The project will remove and replace a damaged 30-inch corrugated metal pipe and down-drain, add rock slope protection and construct a 160-foot retaining wall on or near an Unnamed Tributary to Soda Creek at Post Mile 1.95 on State Route 253. Heavy equipment will operate from the bank.
