Document Description
The purpose of this proposed research is to build on previous PIER funded research on modeling the effects of water temperatures and flow on the foothill yellow-legged frog. Earlier research developed a 2-dimensional hydrodynamic model to identify how foothill yellow-legged frog habitat conditions changed under varying flow regimes. Use of such a model allows flow effect along channel edges, where foothill-yellow-legged frog habitat occurs, to be predicted.
