Document Description
The proposed project involves installation of a freestanding 225 square foot walk-in refrigerator at each of the four satellite kitchens located at Facilities A, B, C, and D at Pleasant Valley State Prison (PVSP). The satellite kitchens reheat meals prepared and frozen in a Central Kitchen. Each satellite kitchen feeds an average of 1,224 inmates. The new refrigeration units would be placed outside the rear entrance to the kitchens where food is delivered.
