The project consists of the widening of Louise Avenue from two lanes to four lanes for the purpose of collecting storm water runoff into the City's existing collection system. Currently the runoff is directed to the dirt shoulders. This project is surrounded by improved streets and improved parcels and is considered to be Categorically Exempt under 15301.C Existing Facilities.
