Document Description
This project involves the installation of approximately 750-feet of pipe (30" and 24" in diameter) down slope to direct random water discharges away from developed properties and into a natural hillside drainage course (ephemeral). This drainage course continues down slope a distance of 3.1 miles before it reaches the San Luis Rey River.
