Approve the Southwestern Riverside County Multi-Species Reserve Management Plan (Management Plan), for long-term management of the Southwestern Riverside County Multi-Species Reserve (Reserve). The Management Plan is a comprehensive plan providing for the management and maintenance of wildlife resources within the Reserve. The Reserve was established pursuant to an adopted Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP), 1992).
