Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0113-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the project Applicant, the City of Concord. The project is limited to installation of a two-lane vehicular bridge spanning Pine Creek, a pedestrian and bicycle bridge spanning Pine Creek, and landscaping. The vehicular bridge will be a clear span reinforced concrete structure approximately 77.5 feet long by 35.5 feet wide. The pedestrian bridge will be installed south of the vehicular bridge, connecting a multi-use trail that parallels Commerce Avenue to the opposite bank. This bridge will be a 10-foot-wide prefabricated steel truss.
