Document Description
The project includes the following requests:
1) A Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) to subdivide the existing parcel of approximately 4.82 acres to two parcels of approximately 2.32 and 2.5 acres. The newly created lot is proposed to be situated towards the western part of the existing parcel, behind the existing residence from Forni Road. A separate driveway is proposed to provide ingress/egress to the parcel with a 12 foot wide driveway leading from the driveway access on Forni Road westward to the Western part of the existing parcel.
2) A Design Waiver (DW) requesting to allow the creation of a parcel without County road frontage utilizing an exclusive easement and 12-foot driveway for access as required by Volume II Section 2.B.5 of the Design and Improvements Standards Manual.
