Document Description
The proposed project would created a 23 lot residential subdivision including an off-site access roadway extension from Malcom Dixon to Green Valley Road, and associated infrastructure on an 81.61 acre site. The lots would range in size from two to three acres in size. The project would also include three Open Space lots totaling approximately 25.4 acres. The project includes a request for approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map, a request to Rezone the property from Exclusive Agricultural (AE) to Estate Residential 5-Acre with a Planned Development Overlay (RE-5/PD). LAFCO requires annexation of the project property into both the local fire and water districts.
