- Document Description
- Note: Extended Review The proposed project is an amendment to the City of Gilroy Urban Service Area (USA) boundary to include an approximately 50-acre project site. The proposed project does not include specific devleopment and would not change the existing land use designations for the site as identified in the general plan. Although specific development is not proposed on the site at this time, the application materials include a preliminary master plan for planning purposes. The average residential density is 7.69 dwelling units per acre, consistent with the assumptions in the general plan and general plan EIR for the Neighborhood District land use designation.
