Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to the City of Gilroy USA boundary to include the 284.7-acre project site. No development is proposed at this time. The proposed project would not change the existing land use designations for the site as identified in the City of Gilroy 2002 General Plan and for the purposes of this study, buildout of the site would be consistent with the uses envisioned in the general plan. The proposed project will likely require detachment from the South Santa Clara County Fire District, which also requires LAFCO action.
