Document Description
Transfer and/or storage or exchange of up to 5,000 acre ft of BICD's pre-1914 appropriative water right from the San Joaquin River to the Delta Mendota Canal annually from 2009 through 2013. From the DMC, the water will either be (1) temporarily stored or exchanged for re-delivery to BCID, (2) conveyed south in the DMC to the Meyers Farm Family Trust for irrigation purposes or for storage in the Meyers Farm Water Bank as described in the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI-05-09) dated May 9, 2005 entitled "Meyers Farm Water Banking Project", or (3) conveyed south in the DMC to South of Delta CVP Contractors as described in the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI-06-09) dated March 2, 2006 entitled "Accelerated Water Transfers and Exchanges South of Delta Contractors Water Year 2006-2010".
