Document Description
The project consists of a request by Gallelli Real Estate to subdividea 57.4 +/- acre parcel, to create 23 commercial lots, 1 lot for the project entry and 1 lot designated as Open Space. The project site is currently undeveloped. The division of land will create commercial lots ranging in size from 0.4 acres to 12.7 acres. The 23 commercial lots will be developed with ~492,680 sf of commercial floor area to be occupied by such uses as general retail and restaurants. The project site is located north of the PLumas Lake Blvd. interchange, between Hwy 70 to the east and the future River Oaks Blvd. to the west. The site is identified as APN 014-400-026. The property is shown on the General Plan Land Use Diagram as within the Plumas Lake Specific Plan with a Specific Plan designation of Highway Commercial. The project is within the Planning Reserve zoning district.
