Installation of 7 electric generating wind turbines at the City of Soledad's waste water treatment plant with the purpose of offsetting electricity usage required of the treatment plant. Each turbine will be 155 total height and spaced 165 to 225 ft apart from each other. The total potential energy generation would be 1,540,000-2,660,000 kwh/yr.
