Document Description
The project proposes a one-time transfer of up to 10,000 AF currently banked groundwater from the SCVWD to the Poso Creek Water Company (PCWC), for the future recovery and delivery of the water to WRMWSD. The transfer would be handled internally within the Semitropic Groundwater Bank, deducting from SCVWD's current stored water balance and adding an identical amount to PCWC's stored water balance.
