The project includes off-site road improvements including the addition of sidewalks and curbs and gutters on 2nd and San Luis Streets. The proposed project is within the Residential Multi-Family land use category and is located at 298 2nd Street, northeast of the intersection of 2nd Street and San Luis Street, within the community of Avila Beach. The site is in the San Luis Bay (Coastal) planning area.
