The proposed project is the construction and operation of a new supply well and pump for the existing Temescal Desalter Water Treatment Facility located within the City. The proposed project included the construction of a well and pump housed within an approximately 390 square foot 14 foot high enclosure and installation of approximately 850 feet of pipeline to connect to the existing Temescal Desalter Well collection Pipeline.
