Document Description
Coastal Development Permit, Lot Line Adjustment and Easement Vacation for the demolition of a 14,000 sq. ft. theater and construction of 43,754 sq. ft. of retail; 28,927 sq. ft. of office; 2,300 sq. ft. of storage; and, a 397-space parking garage within the existing Flower Hill Promenade commercial development. A two-story structure would house the 35,000 sq. ft. market on the first level and the office space on the second level. The remaining retail would be located in a separate single-story structure closest to the existing on-site commercial area. The three-story, four-level parking garage would be located to the north of the proposed office/market structure. The approximate 15-acre project site is located at 2720 Via Del la Valle in the CC-1-3- Zone, and the Coastal Overlay (non-appealable) Zone within the City of San Diego's General Plan area.
