Document Description
The proposed Project includes constructing and operating 53 wind turbine generators, two substations, and access roads on ~1,300 acres. Six streambed crossings are proposed for roads to allow construction, operation, and maintenance of wind turbine generators and associated infrastructure. Streambed crossings would be comprised of corrugated pipe culverts, roadway fill material, and rock slope protection.
