Construction of 23 turbines, two substations, a maintenance building, underground cables, and dirt or gravel access roads will result in permanent and temporary impacts to a total of 47.3 acres of habitat occupied by the Covered Species. Project operations and maintenance will require periodic vehicle access to inspect and service substations and turbines, inspect and maintain fences, and perform biological surveys. The project, including construction, operations, and maintenance, is expected to result in incidental take of the Covered Species.
