Document Description
The proposed project would be constructed on a 26.2-acre parcel in southwestern Fresno. The project site, on the southeast corner of West California Avenue and South Marks Avenue, is approximately 1 mile south of State Route (SR) 180; SR-99 is about 1.9 miles east of the project site. The proposed project would provide veterans with an approximately 235,435-gross-square-foot (gsf) residential care facility and a skilled nursing facility with a total of 300 beds.
