The proposed project is to revise the Solid Waste Facility permit for the Ridgecrest Recycling and Sanitary landfill, to increase the disposal area, capacity, and lifespan by vertically expanding over the existing unlined refuse area and horizontally expanding through the installation of a landfill liner for new waste disposal cells.
