Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a subdivision, TR Tract Map 063444, to allow the constructive of 5 detached condominium units on a 41,202 gsf parcel, 37,602 net sf, located in the A-1-6,000 (Light Agricultural-6,000 sf minimum size lot required) Zone, in the unincorporated Hacienda Heights Community. The project site will be accessible from Kwis Avenue, an interior collector street, which frontsthe site along the east property line. The 5 units will be served by a common on-site 26' wide private driveway/fire-lane. All existing structures on site will be removed, and a 6 ft high block wall is proposed along sections of the north and south property lines, and all along the west property line. There are no oak trees on the project site. Grading will consist of 940 cubic yards of imported fill. On site drainage will be carried off-site in a 24" concrete V-Gutter, to be maintained by HOA.
