Document Description
The proposed Project includes the construction and operation of improvements to the existing baseball practice facility. The improvements will include a 1,400 sq. ft. combination concession/ticket sales and restroom building, bleachers accommodating 1,500 people, a 10,000 square foot pitching/batting tunnel, and completion of an additional 58-space parking lot. The Project also inc includes the installation og lighting for night games/practice.
