Document Description
The development of a 319-lot-single-family residential subdivision on approximately 117 gross acres of land as well as an additional lot (lot 294) that is to be developed as multi-family residential project in the future that will be required to have a separate review through the State Clearinghouse in accord with the California Environmental Quality Act. This proposal includes approximately 86 lots between 4,000 and 5,000 square feet in area with the remaining 207 lots over 5,000 square feet in area. The lot sizes are a part of a proposed Planned Unit Development that will include on-site recreational amenities such as parks and paseos as well as a river walk within portions of the Mojave River (that is within the parcel boundaries of the site). Additionally, vehicular access to this site will be served via Stoddard Wells Road.
