The proposed project is issuance of Waste Discharge Requirements for the Garcia Residence's installation of an alternative OWTS. The proposed alternative OWTS is licensed by Orenco Systems Inc. as the AdvanTex Treatment System with discharge to a subsurface drip system with material manufactured and distributed by GeoflowTM. The OWTS will receive ~750 gallons of waste a day and dispose of this waste to 7500 sf via a subsurface trickle irrigation system.
