Document Description
Resolution No. R2-2007-0010 establishes a TMDL and implementation plan to reduce mercury related risks to humans, wildlife, and aquatic organisms, and restore and protect water quality beneficial uses in the Walker Creek watershed. Due to the occurrence of historic mercury mining in the Walker Creek watershed, mercury levels pose a threat to water quality and beneficial uses are impaired.
