The Applicant proposes the installation of two temporary Spittler Humboldt crossing s and three temporary dip crossings along the three different tributaries to Scott Creek. Scott Creek flows directly into the Pacific Ocean. The THP area is located ~5 miles west of the town of Boulder Creek. The CA DFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2008-0415-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Brian Bishop.
