Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) will lease about 6,160 square feet of office space in a newly constructed office building in El Centro. The leased space would accommodate about 10 employees performing general office duties and there are no special tenant improvements required. The DTSC - El Centro serves less than 10 clients/visitors per week. Short-term and long-term parking is available for visitors and employees. Local transit service is available within a quarter mile of the project site.
