Document Description
Lathrop High School began operation August 2008. At that time City services including storm drainage and sewer service were not complete. Interim solution to storm and sewer services have been provided by City accepting storm drainage on an interim basis. Sewer capacity has been made available to Lathrop High School at one of three treatment facilities.
