Document Description
The purpose of the Silver Lake Outlet Tower and Gate Emergency Replacement Project (Project) is to restore the safety and operational reliability of the degraded steel outlet tower. To accomplish this, it is necessary to completely dewater the outlet system by the installation of a temporary bladder dam system and a flow bypass system. The construction activities include replacing the existing outlet gate, trash rack, and outlet tower.
