Document Description
Vegetation will be cleared for a length of 750 feet in a 5-6 foot width in the center of the channel. Any native vegetation in the area will be cut down to 5 inches above ground level to allow for re-growth. Any non-native vegetation in this area will be removed completely. Also, throughout the channel, dead vegetation, snags, and dead brush will be removed if it constitutes a threat to blocking flows in the channel. Work will be conducted outside of the bird nesting season during the periods of September 15th through March 1st. SAA #1600-2008-0446-R5.
