Document Description
SAA #1600-2008-0140-R6 Repair deteriorated concrete areas on Rush Meadows dam if necessary and install a geomembrane liner along the upstream face of the dam to block current leaks and prevent future leaks. Waugh Lake is drained annually and will not be allowed to refill. A 40 foot wide work area along the entire length of the base of the exposed dam will be utilized. Natural inflow of Rush Creek will pass through the reservoir and the required flow will be released from the dam.
