AT&T Mobility has requested permission to install a new 4KW prepackaged, self contained Hydrogen Fuel Cell, with integral fuel storage in six 261 cubic foot (1,566 cubic foot total) storage cylinders on state-owned property leased at FSP. A fuel cell is a device that converts the chemical energy of a fuel (in this case hydrogen) and an oxidant (air or oxygen) directly into electricity.
