Reasons for Exemption
Winter rains and sebsequent run off from severe storms has caused damage to earthen levees in past years, specifically March, 1958 and February, 1986. The rain event of April 4, 2006, deposited substantial debris which now narrows the Creek channel at the treatment plant pond(s) embankment.
