Replace existing chemical toilets with vault toilets compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act at 10 locations in the Main Campground at Picacho State Recreation Area. Excavation for each site wil be approximately 5' deep x 14' x 12'. Project supports accessibility.

Reasons for Exemption
The operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligible expansion of use and replacement of existing structures where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced, and is included as "modifications of existing facilities for handicap access" in the list of DPR-exempt activities in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
