Repair and abate hazardous materials and replace a non-historic floor in the kitchen area (including restroom, water heater closet, and the storage/prep area) of the Jenny Lind Restaurant at Columbia State Historic Park to maintain a cultural resource. Work will test the kitchen area for asbestos and black mold; remove and dispose of the tocis materials; replace the sub floor; and install new vinyl flooring with cove detail.
