The California Department of Rehabilitation proposes to lease approximately 6,488 square feet of office space. The space would house approximately 31 staff. Approximately 20 parking spaces would be used. Approximately 10 to 100 clients would be seen weekly. This office will be used as office space for the purpose of counseling disabled clients to obtain training, and job skills so they can re-enter the job market.
