Document Description
Project involves a General Plan Amendment to Timber Production and a Zone Reclassification into Timberland Production Aone in order to facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment of ~0.7 acre into the adjacent 76.9 acres that is planned and zoned for timber production. The area to be adjusted is not developed, and, per letter from Able Forestry Consultants, the area is fully stocked with redwood timber and meets the inclusion requirements into TPZ. The LLA will result in Parcels 1 and 2 of ~ 8.54 and 77.6 acres, respectively, and will provide the adjacent property access at the end of Howard Heights Road that will facilitate timber operations.
