A Zone Reclassification of Unclassified lands, an ~184.45 acres into Timberland Production Zone and 5.34 acres into Agriculture Exclusive. The rezone will facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment to result in Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 of ~ 50.7, 536.2, 230, and 320 acres, respectively. The LLA results in logical managment units and seperates the existing Homesite and the grazing lands from the majority of the timberlands. Parcel 1 is developed with two farm dwellings, barn and accessory structures served by on-site water and sewage disposal systems; Parcels 2, 3 and 4 are undeveloped. The project requires implementation of a Join Timber Management Plan for Parcel 1 that is substandard to the zone.
