Document Description
Proposed project consists of the following: Development Plan Review pursuant to rezone agreement (ZMA 5447) Condition #17 to allow the relocation and development of an 11,050 +/- sf retail building on ~ 1.6 acres in the SC zone. The retail building was approved on the original development plans (exhibit B) to be attached to a proposed supermarket ~120 ft east of Hazel Avenue and 130 ft from the proposed supermarket. NOTE: The new retail building is approx. the same size as the previously approved retail building (11,050 +/- sf vs 10,900 +/- sf as shown on previously approved Exhibit B).
