Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Tentative Parcel Map to create 4 lots in the Ag-20, GC and M-1 zones on ~39 acres. NOTE: Proposed Parcels 2, 3 and 4 are currently developed with either industrial or commercial type buildings built in the late 1920's or early 1930's and none of these potentially historic buildings will be removed or modified under the current application. Furthermore, the proposed land division will not result in any development occurrinf on the property that is not otherwise permitted in the Ag-20, GC and M-1 zones.
